Our Policies
The Highland Hair Company processes orders within 3 business days of receipt of the order and full payment Monday through Thursday from 9am to 4pm EST, with the exception of federal holidays. We aim for shipments to dispatch quicker and will do our best to shorten that time where we’re able. During high volume seasons (i.e., sales, holidays, etc), please allow up to 3 additional days for your order to be processed.
Once your shipping label is created, you will be provided tracking information to the email address you supplied at checkout. The Highland Hair Company provides standard 2-day shipping to most locations through (USPS, FedEx, UPS) and requires signature confirmation to maintain shipment integrity.

While we currently ship to the United States only, we have plans to provide international shipping options in the future. Stay tuned!
